Tamzin is passionate about bringing back the lost art of families and friends cooking together

Tamzin Cochrane The Fabulous Kitchen CoachFood activist and childhood nutrition advocate, Tamzin Cochrane helps the busiest of people to cook up something healthy and delicious, even after a long day. She also helps companies and schools educate around—and create a culture and environment that truly supports—healthy eating. Decades in the foodservice and hospitality industry have given Tamzin a well-rounded perspective on mealtime.

She holds many qualifications, as she believes in staying up to date with the laws around Food Safety and Health and Safety in the industry.  Feel free to check out her LinkedIn profile for more detailed information

These days, Tamzin is changing the conversation around food and nutrition by helping people to love the kitchen and in turn, love themselves. She is passionate about bringing back the lost art of families and friends cooking together, and she loves seeing people enjoy the amazing tastes and textures of their communal effort. Tamzin has opened a Cooking and Craft school in Austin TX, Pinny and Trowel Cooking School, where you can take children and adult cooking classes, and during the holidays they run children’s summer camps and day camps.  Not forgetting the parties for adults, children and dogs!

She also shares this message through virtual coaching and video courses, by speaking at corporations, schools, and events, and through her video courses, found here.

Tamzin was born in England, grew up in Scotland, and now lives in Austin, Texas with her husband (who incidentally, is Scottish but grew up in England) and their grown-up children. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys running, swimming, tennis, crafts and Pilates.
