These days, Tamzin is changing the conversation around food and nutrition by helping people to love the kitchen and in turn, love themselves. She is passionate about bringing back the lost art of families and friends cooking together, and she loves seeing people enjoy the amazing tastes and textures of their communal effort. Tamzin had opened a Cooking and Craft school in Hopkins, Belize, Pinny and Trowel Cooking School, where you can take children and adult cooking classes, and during the holidays they run children’s day camps. Not forgetting the parties for adults, children, and dogs!
She also shares this message through virtual coaching and video courses, by speaking at corporations, schools, and events, and through her video courses, found here.
Tamzin was born in England, grew up in Scotland, and now lives in Hopkins, Belize. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys running, swimming, pickleball, diving, tennis, crafts, and Pilates.
