Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Bars (or Balls)

Ingredients:

1 cup of oats

1/3 cup of honey

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1 cup shredded coconut

1 square milk or dark chocolate

2 scoops of chocolate protein powder

Method:

1.  Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix together with a spoon.

2.  Roll into balls and place on a plate covered in wax paper.

3.  Top the plate with aluminum foil and place balls in refrigerator for 30 minutes before consuming.
