Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 pint (250 ml) milk

1  1/2 oz (65 g) sugar

1/4 oz (5 g) butter

1 oz (25 g) chocolate (block)

1/2 oz (10 g) cornflour

Method:

1.    Dilute the cornflour with a little of the milk.  Boil the remainder of the milk.

2.    Shred the chocolate, and add to the milk.  Pour a little of the milk on the cornflour.

3.    Return to the saucepan.  Stir to the boil.  Mix in the sugar and butter.

4.    Slightly cool, and serve with your treat of choice.
