Honestly, I was a little sceptical at this recipe. Cookies without flour? Being such a simple recipe I had to test it out and what a surprise! These are amazing little bundles of gorgeousness. Gluten free & dairy free, they have that wonderful crunchy & chewy thing going on just like a good cookie should. They are officially my new favourite thing, give ’em a go!
